Dear Montague Sonador Homeowners,
We are preparing to have our first Annual Homeowners meeting for the Montague Sonador Community. In preparing for this meeting, communication and organization will ensure everyone has an opportunity for involvement. There are a few things you can do as a homeowner to assist the Board of Directors in ensuring a smooth and productive meeting.
If you have not enrolled in “TownSq” https://app.townsq.io/login please do so as soon as possible. If you have issues or difficulty enrolling in this application please contact Cynthia Goodnight at Neighborhood Services, (405) 348-1436 or at CynthiaG@neighborhoodsplus.com. This application will soon be an important tool for communication in our community.
Keep tabs on the Montague Sonador Web site. Information will be constantly updated.
Make sure your phone number and e-mail address are current with Neighborhood Services. The board wants to make sure everyone is notified of actions or important information as soon as possible. E-mail is a quick and low-cost way to ensure we have adequately notified everyone.
Remember to participate in the Annual Meeting and vote in the election for the Board of Directors, your homeowner dues must be current.
For the 2020 Annual Board Members election, all interested individuals need to attend the virtual Annual Board Meeting scheduled for December 29th, 2020. If you intend to use a Proxy vote, these also must be mailed and received by Neighborhood Services, Attention: Cynthia Goodnight, to ensure your participation is secured, no later than COB December 28th, 2020.
Due to the pandemic, we are all pushing through to ensure our family and neighborhood are safe and secure. For our 2020 Annual Meeting we will be using the “Zoom” application for remote communication. Our meeting time is now scheduled for December 29th, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., with check-in starting at 6:00 p.m. The agenda and Zoom instruction will be available on the TownSq application and our Montague Sonador Web Site two days prior to the meeting (a direct link can be found here). If a Quorum is not achieved, we will adjourn and reschedule for December 30th, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. with a check-in starting at 6:00 p.m.
Your involvement in our neighborhood is so especially important and so greatly appreciated, the Board of Directors looks forward to our meeting and the election.
